1. Pricing
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

2. Availability and Order Acceptance
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only. Any order shall be accepted entirely at the discretion of the seller, and if so accepted, will only be accepted upon these conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "conditions") and by means of the seller's standard order confirmation method.

3. Delivery
Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price - see Delivery Information for details of applicable charges. Delivery can only be made to addresses in the UK. Risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery.

4. Ordering

5. Returns and Refunds
If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact Congreve Rockets (rocketmotors.co.uk) within 3 days and will be entitled to replacement or a full refund and we will arrange collection at our own expense. Congreve Rockets (rocketmotors.co.uk) reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above. See Returns and Refunds for more Info.

Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the website. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this Website. The placing of an order, the purchase or possession of this product indicates complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms, by the buyer or holder.

8. Security
While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details when using PayPal, Congreve Rockets (rocketmotors.co.uk) cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties. All personal details are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and our own Privacy Policy.

Delivery Information

A delivery charge will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket at the Checkout.

Certain products (Motors, Igniters, Delay Grains etc) carry a higher shipping charge as they can not go into the normal delivery system and go via a specialist courier.

Please note, we do not send goods outside of the UK or to BFPO addresses.

The majority of our deliveries are made within a matter of days but please allow up to 14 working days.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and should we be unable to deliver within 30 days we will advise you within the first 14 days of placing your order. Orders will be delivered on our behalf by one of our couriers and made between 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

We carry a very large range of stock, however we cannot always guarantee availability.

Please note that we will not be liable for any consequential losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by the late or non-delivery of goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.

Returns And Refunds

SHORTAGES
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 3 days of delivery.

INCORRECT GOODS
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of delivery.

FAULTY GOODS
Within 28 days of receipt
If your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.

DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of delivery.

FAILURE OF MOTOR CASINGS
We warranty all our products for free replacement in the event of failure. The warranty is applied entirely at our discretion and only covers defective products, it does not cover operator error or misuse. All component parts of the motor must be retained for detailed analysis.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
